<PRE>NCBI will be conducting another HTTPS test on Monday, October 24 from 1:00-4:00 PM EDT (17:00-20:00 UTC).
|
|
|
|
This test will mainly affect software that uses NCBI API's (e.g. the E-utilities) or NCBI toolkits (e.g. C++, SRA).
|
|
|
|
In addition, we will be redirecting FTP transfers made over http (e.g. <A HREF="http://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/...">http://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/...</A>)
|
|
|
|
If you develop software that makes any of these requests, please check your software during the test window for performance problems.

|
|
If you use software that makes these requests, and experience problems during the test period, please contact your software vendor for assistance.
