[C++ Toolkit ANNOUNCE] New pre-built binaries of DATATOOL on public FTP

We have uploaded new DATATOOL binaries (package 1.0.0, ver 1.9.0) for
different platforms:
   ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/toolbox/ncbi_tools++/BIN/CURRENT/datatool

Older distributions are still available at:
   ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/toolbox/ncbi_tools++/BIN/ARCHIVE/datatool/
