Aleksey Grichenko has revamped the NCBI C++ Object Manager (OM++) docs
to catch up with the results of the last couple years of OM++ development:

N.B.  OM++ is an upper-level API to facilitate the retrieval and processing
      of bio-sequence related data (such as, but not limited to, GenBank).
      It is used by ever-growing number of NCBI developers.
