[C++ Toolkit ANNOUNCE] Port for the ICC (Intel C++) compiler

FYI,

We have finished porting the C++ Toolkit for the ICC (Intel C++) compiler:
		  Intel(R) C++ Compiler for 32-bit applications
		  Version 5.0.1 Beta  Build 010528D0

on machine:
		  Linux linus 2.2.19 #7 SMP Tue Jun 5 10:28:30 EDT 2001 i686 unknown

using sources checked out of the CVS at:
		  "Aug 31 16:11"

All core projects (except for the GUI ones) were successfully built
(in Debug mode), and tried out. -- Everything seems to be working just 
fine.
