- Presented findings to regional steering committee for approval to move forward.

- Worked with Abt Associates to develop training modules and user manuals.
- Developed region specific standard operating procedures and guidelines and policies.
- Worked with Abt Associates to load initial data such as demographics and contacts.
Speaker Notes:
The recommendation to utilize the Emergency Preparedness Resource Inventory Tool (EPRI) was taken to the NECO [Northeast Central Ohio] steering committee for approval. Workgroups were then identified within each discipline to determine what resources needed to be tracked. During this timeframe, Abt Associates worked cooperatively with the region to develop training modules and user's manuals while regional partners developed the appropriate policies.
