c614af127e Add var to set the jgroups IP per host 
This is useful if the default route does not
represent the network you want/need to use for
cluster communication.

Fix:

Wrong quarkus log link and folder creation.

Replace:
keycloak -> /opt/keycloak/keycloak-19.0.2//opt/keycloak/keycloak-19.0.2/data/log

For:
keycloak -> /opt/keycloak/keycloak-19.0.2/data/log
