<p><span class="h4">Social assistance:</span> Special social pension for elderly persons, disabled persons, and survivors is based on need as determined by local government authorities.</p>

<p><span class="h5">Social insurance:</span> 1% of earnings.</p>

<p>Earnings test: There is an earnings test for pensioners in gainful employment.</p>
