<p><strong>Status and Reports</strong></p>
|
||
<p>In 2003, we executed cooperative agreements with seven organizations to develop and implement youth transition projects. Each of the projects shared common goals of improved educational and employment outcomes and reduced reliance on disability benefits for participating youths. However, each project featured its own unique combination of services, service delivery approaches, and program components.</p>
|
||
<p>Two of the projects terminated early.</p>
|
||
<p>The remaining five projects ended in 2009. Descriptions of these five projects are in their final reports, linked below:</p>
