||
<p>You may have seen a proposed reentry date of January 3, 2022 in the draft reentry plan that we provided to our unions, or in the media. While some executives reentered on December 1, we have not set a reentry date for the rest of the agency.</p>
|
||
<p>The best way to reach us is online at <a href="https://www.ssa.gov/">SSA.gov</a>, or by <a href="https://www.ssa.gov/agency/contact/phone.html">calling our National 800 Number or a local Social Security office</a>. At this time, please remember that we can only provide in-person service by appointment only for limited, critical issues. And we continue to hold voluntary hearings by online video and phone. We are taking steps to increase in-person help for people unable to complete their business online or by phone.</p>

<p>for two days I spent calling this office and they put it on hold they answer and hang up they are some groceries with the population that you need a service and I went to the office and having staff they do not answer the Telephone the door officer make your call for an appointment and no one answered to call between 9am to 12pm and nothing did not answer I stopped making fun of the people in always serving them with measure ..I just want status change</p>

After being put on hold for 15 mins, the phone has now been ringing for 15+ mins. I understand it needs to be done in person with an appointment. <p>when mailing into get a name changed after a marriage do you have to provide all original documents? birth certificate, driver’s license, and marriage license? or just the marriage license? I would hate to mail on my driver’s license and be with out it especially if I cant just go get this done in office. also do we have a date we can get this done in office, would it just be easer to wait?</p>

<p>I will be 66 in March 2022 and my husband will be 79. we are having to retire. He already receives benefits and I understand there use to be a law that would allow me to receive benefits through his SS if I don’t apply for mine until 70. Is this still a law?</p>
