<p>The National Library of Medicine<span class="registered">®</span> <a href="//toxmap.nlm.nih.gov">TOXMAP</a> now includes updated EPA <a href="//www.epa.gov/superfund/index.htm">Superfund</a> <a href="//www.epa.gov/superfund/sites/npl/">National Priority List</a> (NPL) data <!--(<a href="//www.epa.gov/superfund/">//www.epa.gov/superfund/</a>)--> and updated <a href="//toxmap.nlm.nih.gov/toxmap/news/2010/07/updated-superfund-nci-mortality-data.html">NCI mortality data</a>.

|
|
|
<p>In addition, TOXMAP now provides links to <a href="//www.airnow.gov/index.cfm?action=topics.about_airnow">AirNow</a> for air quality data, to <a href="//cfpub.epa.gov/ncea/">NCEA</a> (National Center for Environmental Assessment) <a href="//cfpub.epa.gov/ncea/hero/">HERO</a> (Health & Environmental Research Online) Database for risk assessments, and additional TOXMAP classroom exercises.

<p>TOXMAP is a Geographic Information System (GIS) from the Division of <a href="//sis.nlm.nih.gov">Specialized Information Services</a> (SIS) of the US <a href="//www.nlm.nih.gov">National Library of Medicine</a> (NLM) that uses maps of the United States to help users visually explore data from the <a href="//www.epa.gov/">US Environmental Protection Agency</a> (EPA), <a href="//www.epa.gov/tri/">Toxics Release Inventory</a>, and <a href="//www.epa.gov/superfund/">Superfund</a> Program.
