When the submitter provides additional data for a study, we automatically update the report. For example, once the subject and sample IDs are verified and published, the system reuses these to create an input file for the sequence metadata, where appropriate. Once the sequence metadata is provided and loaded, we can add the high throughput sequence data files and the SSTR will continuously update for these additional steps.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\" data-ccp-props=\"{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The SSTR is an integral part of the dbGaP curation validation step for ensuring a study is completely processed.
