<h1>Congenital Syndromes Database Closed</h1>
<p>The Multiple Congenital Anomaly/Mental Retardation file was developed by
Stanley Jablonski. It describes syndromes in which multiple congenital anomalies
are associated with mental retardation and consists of structured descriptions
of approximately 700 out of the 1600-2000 syndromes of congenital abnormalities
known to be associated with mental retardation.</p>
<p>It was made available in 1999 and has not been maintained or updated, nor is
it anticipated that the data will be updated.</p>
<p>Users should be aware that links are not being maintained and some may no
longer be operational. As the data have not been updated, the information may
now be out-of-date and not reflect current medical knowledge.</p><a
