<p>This Notice serves as a reminder and updated guidance to the requirement for eRA Commons IDs for all Senior/Key Personnel. An eRA Commons ID must be entered in the &#147;Credential, e.g. agency login&#148; field for all Senior/Key Personnel, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement&nbsp;(<a href="https://grants.nih.gov/grants/policy/nihgps/HTML5/section_1/1.2_definition_of_terms.htm">NIH GPS 1.2</a>),&nbsp;and Other Significant Contributors (OSCs)&nbsp;listed on the R&amp;R Senior/Key Person Profile Form. Currently, applicants will encounter an eRA system warning if the &#147;Credential, e.g. agency login&#148; field is blank or does not contain a valid eRA Commons ID. The validation is anticipated to be updated from a warning to an error in mid-January in advance of due dates on or after January 25, 2024.
