<p>The purpose of this Notice is to inform NIH grant applicants and reviewers about an online briefing to be held to provide an overview and answer questions regarding the <a href="https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-24-010.html">simplified peer review framework</a> for the review of most research project grant (RPG) applications. The new framework will go into effect beginning with submissions with due dates of January 25, 2025. This webinar will be hosted November 3, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Eastern Time.&nbsp;</p><p>This event will provide a high-level overview of the changes. As we get closer to January 2025, the community can expect follow-up webinars for applicants and reviewers with additional details on implementation. The webinar will be recorded and posted on the <a href="https://grants.nih.gov/learning-center/simplified-peer-review-framework">event page</a> for later viewing.</p><p>American Sign Language interpretation will be provided.
