We are using the latest version of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/interproscan-docs.readthedocs.io\/en\/latest\/Introduction.html\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">InterProScan<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, which now includes analysis based on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pantherdb.org\/tools\/sequenceSearchForm.jsp\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">PANTHER reference trees<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, on all NCBI RefSeq eukaryotic genomes. That means having comprehensive GO data with inferred biological process, molecular function, and cellular component terms matched with high-quality RefSeq annotations across hundreds of taxa to help drive your research.
