Caution—Internet in Use
Global interconnection without central control makes it easy to bypass traditional restrictions on communications. Governments and private interests find it hard to censor information, while individuals and businesses find it hard to protect their privacy and intellectual property. At the same time, in the welter of competing voices, it can be difficult to judge what's true and what's not.
