[Utilities-announce] Updates to NCBI Datasets APIs

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience, NCBI Datasets<https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/> is deprecating some v1 and v1alpha public application programming interfaces (API)s. Effective September 2023, select v1/v1alpha APIs that are redundant with other v1 APIs will be retired.



Each deprecated API was consolidated with an existing V1 API. For example, we have removed /v1/genome/taxon_suggest/{taxon_query}, which only suggested taxonomies that have genomes. The new taxonomy suggestion API is parameterized to returns lists of suggestions for all taxa or only those with genes or genomes.
