[Utilities-announce] NCBI E-Utility SOAP users: Please read!

Developers who use SOAP EFetch to retrieve PubMed articles should switch to the new PubMed WSDL, recompile applications, and distribute them to users before we switch to the updated 2011 EFetch DTD.  We anticipate updating the PubMed E-Utility DTDs for 2011 in mid-December, approximately on December 13, 2010..
