[Utilities-announce] ELink change for cmd=llinks

[utilities-announce at ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

The ELink Link Command Value for PubMed, cmd=llinks, currently lists all
LinkOut URLs including library online and print holding URLs.

 

This value will soon change to exclude library URLs. 

 

A new value cmd=llinkslib will list all LinkOut URLs including libraries.
