BioSample Beta-Lactamase Antibiograms
Providing beta-lactamase antibiogram data
Background information about beta-lactamase submissions, including how to create beta-lactamase Sequin files, is provided on the Beta Lactamase Submissions page. The information below describes beta-lactamase antibiogram requirements.
Beta-lactamase antibiogram data are submitted using the Supplementary Files Submission Portal. On the 'Data type' tab, select the 'Beta-lactamase gene' option. On the 'General info' tab either reference an existing beta-lactamase BioSample accession, or use the 'register a BioSample' link to create a new beta-lactamase BioSample. On the 'Files' tab, submit your Sequin and Antibiogram files.
Download antibiogram template.
See example of a beta-lactamase antibiogram table.
Beta-lactamase antibiogram data are subject to content validation. If the error reports are not clear, please write to biosamplehelp@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov for assistance.
