Tauroselcholic Acid Se-75
Excerpt
Information in this record refers to the use of tauroselcholic acid Se-75 (SeHCAT; selenium-75 homocholic acid taurine) as a diagnostic agent. Information from one patient indicates that the effective radiation dose to the infant from SeHCAT excreted in breastmilk over 6 months is below any established dose limits and no special precautions are required.[1]
