What's new:
  - an updated production Pubmed WSDL is now available
  - the C#/VB source code examples were rewritten in MS Visual Studio 2008 (was MS VS 2005)
  - a new eFetch/PMC example for XmlBeans binding is included
  - the FTP site was updated; and a new JAR-file for eFetch/PMC was added (efetch_pmc_xmlbeans.jar)
