[Utilities-announce] NCBI EFetch MEDLINE format updated soon...

Authors who need the PMC IDs (PMCID) of their publications to fulfill
NIH Public Access Policy requirements can now find this on the PubMed
AbstractPlus format. 

In addition, the NCBI EUtilities EFetch MEDLINE text format will soon be
updated to include the PubMed Central ID, field tag PMC and NIH
Manuscript ID, field tag MID, e.g.,

Example: 
		PMC - PMC1463022 
		MID - NIHMS3373 
		
These fields will not appear on the XML display.
