[Utilities-announce] PubMed ESummary XML Change

As announced last May 2003 we will be changing the ESummary XML early next
week as follows: 

We are currently retaining the EntrezDate field in two places however the
date will only be included in History and the PubMedId and MedlineId will
also no longer display separately but only be included under ArticleIds.
 
The following Item Names will be removed:
Item Name="Authors" Type="String"
Item Name="Lang" Type="String"
Item Name="PubType" Type="String"
Item Name="JTA" Type="String"
 
NlmUniqueID should be used in the future rather than JTA which is no longer
maintained.
 
A new sample record is display below.
