[Utilities-announce] Updated Entrez utilities now available

NCBI is consolidating its current nine Entrez Utilities.  This will make it
easier for utility users while continuing to provide all the functionality
previously offered plus additional new features.  URLs using the original
utilities will continue to work until December 2002 by which time your
transition to these new utilities should be complete.

An E-Utilities link to the new Entrez Utilities is now available from the PubMed
