Due to upgrade work on the National Library of Medicine (NLM) Internet1 
router, NCBI services & web pages will be unavailable to Internet1 users 
from 1pm - 3pm on Saturday, August 17th (GMT-05:00 Eastern Time US).

Internet2 users (typically, those from academic institutions) will not be 
affected by this outage.  Individual users should contact their local 
IT/Systems staff if they have questions about their connection as NCBI Help Desk 
personnel will be unable to diagnose user connection problems.
