The new public release of the NCBI C++ Toolkit version 18 is ready and available at:
   ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/toolbox/ncbi_tools++/ARCHIVE/2017/Jan_10_2017/
It includes source archives for UNIX, MS Windows and MacOS.
