The new public release of the NCBI C++ Toolkit version 12.0.0 is ready and available at:
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/toolbox/ncbi_tools++/ARCHIVE/12_0_0/
It includes source archives for UNIX, MS Windows and MacOS.
