Are the FTP files kept up to date with the actual database that runs the .server?
The FTP files are refreshed with each new build, so they should be in synch with the server. Please let us know if you see any discrepancies.
How are dbSNP data updates made available?
Updates are too complicated to use, so each build can be refreshed with a new backup file.
