[C++ Toolkit ANNOUNCE] Four C Toolkit Tools to be retired June 1, 2017

As of June 1, 2017, the following software will be retired:
	* asndisc (C version) - replaced with C++ version of asndisc
	* asnval - replaced with asnvalidate
	* cleanasn - replaced with asn_cleanup
	* asn2gb - replaced with C++ version asn2flat

Note: tbl2asn will be retired in 2017 as well. It has been replaced with table2asn.

All C Toolkit versions are currently available on the FTP site. The C++ versions, when complete, will be posted there as well.
