[C++ Toolkit ANNOUNCE] Deleting the supposedly unused DBAPI drivers -- SQLite, MySQL and MSDBLIB

Dear C++ Toolkit users,

We're about to delete SQLite, MySQL and MSDBLIB drivers from C++ Toolkit
repository. There is a strong evidence that these drivers are not used
by anybody -- in particular, because we haven't got any request for
their support (and therefore have not provided any) for at least the
last couple years. Also, these drivers have been supported on a
semi-experimental ad hoc manner, neither of them has ever been used in
the production environment, and their test suites are either very poor
or non-existent.

If you still use any of these drivers please let us know (write to
CPP-CORE at NCBI.NLM.NIH.GOV). If nobody steps up they will be excluded
from daily builds and subsequently deleted from the Toolkit's SVN tree
for good in a few weeks.
