As <\/span>previously announced<\/span><\/a>, NLM\u2019s NCBI transitioned to an updated <\/span>PubMed Central (PMC)<\/span><\/a> website, representing the next step in ongoing efforts to modernize NLM\u2019s products and services. <\/span>As part of this update, the primary URL for the PMC website has changed from ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc to <\/span>pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov<\/span><\/a>. In addition, you\u2019ll notice a new <\/span>look, feel, and organization of PMC article pages and the PMC Journal List.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The <\/span>updated website<\/span> runs on cloud services to ensure the website\u2019s long-term sustainability and reliability. It also incorporates <\/span>U.S. Web Design System (USWDS)\u202f<\/span><\/a>components and design principles to improve PMC\u2019s readability and accessibility, whether <\/span>you are <\/span>visiting on <\/span>a <\/span>desktop computer, mobile device, or accessing its content using assistive technology.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Learn more about the <\/span>PMC Journal List<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Article Display<\/span><\/a> in the PMC User Guide.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Your continued feedback is invaluable in shaping and improving ongoing PMC modernization efforts.
