Do you perform antimicrobial resistance (AMR) research, or would you like to join a team to work on microbial and AMR data analysis? NCBI is joining forces with the <\/span>National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)<\/span><\/a> to co-host a virtual codeathon, <\/span>Resistance is Futile: A codeathon to combat antimicrobial resistance<\/span><\/i>, which will take place September 23-27, 2024.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This event is an opportunity to explore the <\/span>National Database of Antibiotic Resistant Organisms (NDARO)<\/span><\/a> and related AMR data with <\/span>NCBI Pathogen Detection<\/span><\/a> tools, such as the <\/span>Isolates<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>MicroBIGG-E<\/span><\/a>, and <\/span>Antibiotic Susceptibility Test (AST)<\/span><\/a> Browsers to identify additional data that may be useful for your project.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
