NEW in BLAST! <\/span>We<\/span> made smaller nucleotide databases to help you find the sequences you need faster and easier. <\/span>You can now find<\/span> these databases <\/span>on the <\/span><\/span>main nucleotide BLAST search page<\/span><\/span><\/a> (Figure 1) and even <\/span><\/span>download them<\/span><\/span><\/a> (<\/span><\/span>D<\/span>atabases: <\/span>nt_euk<\/span>, <\/span>nt_prok<\/span>, <\/span>nt_viruses<\/span>, <\/span>nt_others<\/span>)<\/span><\/span>.<\/span> The<\/span>y<\/span> are separated by <\/span>organism type<\/span>, such as eukaryotes, prokaryotes, viruses, and others (including synthetic sequences). <\/span><\/span> Figure 1.
