This is an awareness factsheet for age-related macular degeneration (AMD). It briefly explains the disease, who is at risk, and what we know about protecting our vision. It also encourages regular eye exams through dilated pupils. These formats have been developed by the National Eye Institute to encourage organizations to reproduce and share the factsheet.
