Danicopan
Excerpt
No information is available on the use of danicopan during breastfeeding. Because danicopan is more than 91% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, the manufacturer recommends avoiding breastfeeding during use and for 3 days after the last dose.
