DATATOOL v2.0.0 was released on March 15, 2010

New in this version:
  - Generation of SOAP client code based on WSDL specification.
	The NCBI C++ Toolkit supports SOAP version 1.1 specification over
	HTTP transport protocol, and use of document binding style with
	literal schema definition.
  - Generation of sample DEF file.
  - Bug fixes in Schema parsing and code generation.
