[C++ Toolkit ANNOUNCE] New NCBI C++ Toolkit Release -- March 2008

The new, March 2008 public release of the NCBI C++ Toolkit is here:

It includes source archives for UNIX, MS Windows and Mac OSX.

More details are provided here (please READ-IT, as it gives a good view
not only of what was changed, but also of what we have in the Toolkit

NOTE:
   We have switched our source control system from CVS to SVN
(Subversion). Unfortunately, the SVN repository cannot be accessed yet
from outside NCBI.
   The CVS code repository now contains older version of the source
trees.
