The newest (March 31, 2004) public release of the NCBI C++ Toolkit is
now available at:
		  ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/toolbox/ncbi_tools++/CURRENT/

It includes distribution source archives for UNIX, MS-Windows and Darwin.

More release details are provided here:
     ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/toolbox/ncbi_tools++/CURRENT/RELEASE_NOTES.html

NOTES:

1) This release is lacking MSVC++ .NET support. It'll re-appear in the
   next release, and it's present on the anonymous CVS server (at least, in
   the "development" source tree).

2) This public release is made off the snapshot of "production" CVS source tree
   (with maybe a few fixes mostly for MacOS X with CodeWarrior), which can be
   retrieved using symbolic tag "ProductionBuild_20040330".

3) For the guidelines on how to retrieve the "development" and "production"
   NCBI C++ Toolkit sources from the public CVS server at NCBI, consult here:
