In April, May, and June, the\u00a0NCBI Eukaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline<\/a>\u00a0released eighty-two new annotations<\/a> in\u00a0RefSeq<\/a>!<\/p>\n Highlights<\/strong>:<\/p>\n New annotations<\/strong>: <\/p>\n View the full list of annotated eukaryotes available in the<\/span> Genome Data Viewer (GDV) genome browser<\/a>. You can download genome sequence and metadata using the <\/span>NCBI Datasets command line tool<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n RefSeq is part of the NIH Comparative Genomics Resource (CGR). <\/a>CGR facilitates reliable comparative genomics analyses\u202ffor all eukaryotic organisms through an NCBI Toolkit and community collaboration.\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n CGR is also making it easier to navigate between data and tools.
