<h2>Speaker Biosketches</h2>

|

|
|
<h3>Christian Feller </h3> <p><em>Safety Officer, Aultman Health Foundation, Canton, Ohio</em></p>
|
|
|
|
<p>Christian Feller is the Director of Safety and Emergency Management for Aultman Health Foundation in Canton, Ohio. There he oversees all emergency planning efforts for a 650 bed level II trauma center, 14 Joint Commission accredited satellite facilities, nursing home and home health care divisions, as well as a long term acute care facility. Mr. Feller serves as the Hospital Chairman of the Northeast Central Ohio (NECO) Emergency Planning Consortium, Chairman of the Akron Regional Hospital Association (ARHA) Emergency Management Committee, Vice-Chair of the Stark County Emergency Health Care Planning Committee, and a member of the Ohio EMS Homeland Security Committee. Mr. Feller has a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Management from the University of Akron and is a graduate of FEMA's Professional Development Series. </p>

|
|
<h3>Nancie McAnaugh</h3> <p><em>Deputy Director/Chief Operating Officer, Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services</em></p>
|
|
|
|
<p>Nancie McAnaugh is currently the Deputy Department Director/Chief Operating Officer at the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services where she oversees all departmental operational functions and activities throughout the state. The Department serves as the statewide Public Health Authority and also houses the State Unit on Aging and the State Survey Agency. The Department serves all Missourians, has approximately 1,900 current employees, a budget of over $800 million, and staff located in facilities statewide. Ms. McAnaugh is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in English and holds a Master's of Social Work degree in Policy, Planning, and Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.</p>

|
|
<h3>Terri Gill</h3> <p><em>Senior Emergency Services Coordinator, Emergency Preparedness Office, California Department of Public Health</em></p>
|
|
|
|
<p>Terri Gill is currently a Senior Emergency Services Coordinator for the Emergency Preparedness Office of the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). In this capacity, she is responsible for public health emergency operational response planning statewide. Ms. Gill began her work in emergency management while working at the California Conservation Corps and continued her involvement in this arena as the Project Officer for Region I for CDPH, working with public health departments on all-hazards planning. She worked closely with public health departments and local stakeholders on emergency response planning, exercises and drills, and pandemic influenza planning. In addition, she collaborated with public and private stakeholders as part of a team to develop the Statewide Public Health and Medical Care Surge Plan and the Standards and Guidelines for Healthcare Delivery during Surge. While working for the Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES), Ms. Gill was the OES Project lead for updating the California State Emergency Plan and worked in the State Operations Center in activations including the 2007 Firestorms. Ms. Gill received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has a Master's degree in Education and Policy Studies from California State University, Sacramento. </p>
