Ciprofloxacin 10-5 mg/kg, PO, BID × 60 days (total daily dose not to exceed 1000 mg) or Doxycycline at:
- >8 yr and >45 kg: 100 mg, PO, BID × 60 days.
- >8 yr and <45 kg: 2.2 mg/kg, PO, BID × 60 days.
- 8 yr or younger: 2.2 mg/kg, PO, BID × 60 days.
