New Electronic Grant Application Process
AHRQ is transitioning to a new electronic grant application process that will replace the current PHS 398 grant application form with the Standard Form (SF) 424 Research and Related (R&R) Grant Application. The conversion to the new form and electronic submission process will be phased in over the next two years. The first funding mechanism to make the transition will be AHRQ's small conference grants (R13), starting with the December 20, 2005, submission date.
