Shown below is the resource list report, which is available to EPRI System Administrators on the reports page.
The report is organized alphabetically by resource type. The report also shows for each resource type:
- Report Every ___ Days. The reporting frequency is used to determine when data are "out of date." Such data are highlighted on the Location Inventory Report.
- Display Order. The integer in this field controls the ordering of the resource types on the inventory data entry page for each location.
Resources within each resource type are also listed alphabetically. The report also shows for each resource:
- Active. If the status is 'False', the resource will not appear on any inventory data entry page.
- Display Order. The integer in this field controls the ordering of the resources on the inventory data entry page for each location.
Go to the Section 3 of the EPRI Technical Manual for instructions on how to add, edit, and delete resource types and resources.
