AHRQ has developed dozens of tools for planners and policymakers to use in their public health preparedness activities. Since we were focusing on mass casualty events and scarce resource allocation, the two tools listed on this slide were a natural for us to use as we moved forward in the development of guidelines that could be utilized by the healthcare system in the State of Missouri.
