This untitled chart shows the potential users of the HELP program. A rectangular block in the middle of the chart contains the word Help. Six boxes surround it and have arrows pointing to the Help box. In a clockwise direction, the six boxes are Health care providers, Schools, Hospitals and emergency departments, Health agencies, Clinics, and Public.
