I'm wondering how this was captured, specifically because I don't see any of the "products" listed here: https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/products.

It would be good get more granularity on the specific data products to facilitate coordination with https://www.datarescueproject.org

Th extant data is from https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/data . There's much more scraped than is currently in the repo and even more left to fetch at the moment and that's in large part because it's massive, by an order of several terabytes. More NCEI data will be added once we swap some of the storage backends for it. In the meantime, I've tried to grab some other more low hanging fruit.
