c41b917162 Add a yaml constructor for unicode strings: 
* Changes AnsibleConstructor so that only unicode strings are returned
  (no str type)
* Tracks line, column numbers for strings
* Adds unittests for AnsibleLoader (generic for all the yaml parsing)
