* Adds transport_mode configuration for Infiniband devices

Adds transport_mode configuration for Infiniband based ipoib devices,
which is one of:
  - datagram (default)
  - connected

* Remove trailing whitespace

* Add changelog fragment

* Update changelogs/fragments/5361-nmcli-add-infiniband-transport-mode.yaml
