* Add full list of OIDs known to current OpenSSL.

* Remove hardcoded OIDs.

* UID -> x500UniqueIdentifier

* Reference actual version used.

* Don't normalize to lower-case.

* Change test back.

* Fix typo.

* Apply changes suggested by RedHat legal.
